Barbara Archer Gallery presents Daniel Kramer's extraordinary
images of the young Bob Dylan, created during the transitional
years when Dylan turned from folk poet to rock star to acclaimed
American cultural icon. Hailed by many as "the best pictures
of Bob Dylan ever made," Kramer's photographs are highlighted
in Martin Scorsese's No Direction Home: Bob Dylan, the first feature-length
film biography of Bob Dylan, set to premiere on PBS's American
Masters series on September 26-27, 2005.
Curated by Elen Fleurov, President, Crossroads Traveling Exhibitions,
Atlanta, and former Curator of Photography at the High Museum
of Art in Atlanta, in association with Govinda Gallery, Washington,
D.C.
